Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Digital Products Nature

Since the 16GB Video Editor Bundle is a digital asset delivery consisting of immediate download links and downloadable assets, standard physical product returns are not possible once digital files are accessed.

2. 7-Day Replacement & Refund Guarantee

However, we stand 100% behind the quality of our product. You are eligible for a replacement or full refund under the following conditions within 7 days of purchase:

• You encountered a corrupt zip archive or damaged file that our technical support team cannot resolve within 24 hours.
• You were mistakenly charged more than once for the same transaction.
• The assets do not open or fail to work on standard supported editors (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).

3. Requesting a Refund

To request assistance or a refund, simply send an email to mohitashcorporation@gmail.com with your Razorpay Order ID and registered email. Valid refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
