1. Overview

This website and digital storefront is operated by Mohitash Corporation. By purchasing the 16GB Mega Video Editor Bundle ("Product"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant & Commercial Use

Upon verified payment of ₹99, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial and personal license to use the included digital assets (LUTs, SFX, motion graphics, overlays, and presets) in your creative projects, including:

• Commercial and monetized YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and podcasts.
• Freelance client video projects, TV commercials, and indie films.
• Personal video edits.

Prohibited Use: You may NOT sub-license, resell, redistribute, repackage, or share raw assets or download links to any third party.

3. Digital Delivery

All items in this package are delivered digitally via email and web access tokens immediately upon successful Razorpay payment. No physical media will be shipped.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
